The Joinery Hub Glasgow CIC is committed to good governance, safeguarding, equality, safety and the responsible use of public, charitable and organisational funds.

Our policies set out the standards we follow when working with participants, volunteers, partners, funders, visitors and the wider community. The current public versions can be viewed or downloaded below.


Our Governance Documents

Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy

Making a Complaint

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. A complaint can be made by email, telephone, in writing or in person.

Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge a complaint or concern within 5 working days.

Formal Response

We aim to provide a written response to a formal complaint within 20 working days.

Review

If you remain dissatisfied, you can request a review within 10 working days of receiving the outcome.
